Monash attracts some of the most talented staff and research students in the world which makes it one of the world’s most diverse and dynamic universities. As you join us you will find yourself working with some of the brightest minds who have also been selected because of their potential to lead the faculty into the future and to make a positive contribution to the highest quality research.  

Research students are required to attend the following events:

• Faculty Induction for New Research Students
  
  The Faculty Research Office holds inductions for newly enrolled research students twice a year and all new commencing research degree students are required to attend. The first induction of 2013 was held on 19 April, Caulfield campus. The induction provides an excellent opportunity for new research students to meet with the key staff contacts in the Faculty and obtain useful information about resources and services that may assist them during their candidature.
