Vic Roads

The VicRoads Graduate Program gives participants 18 months of intensive professional and personal development with the support of a mentor from the executive management team appointed to each individual.

Through a comprehensive program of three 6-monthly work place rotations, participants will gain experience in negotiation, formal presenation, policy development, report writing, advanced computer application, project and contract management as well as other skills. Successful completion of the 18 month graduate program converts to a permanent position with Vic Roads
