Student work placement program
The School of Business and Economics at Monash University Gippsland has a strong focus on industry relevance and links with the regional community and is dedicated to providing the best possible personal and professional development for our students. The introduction of the new Work Placement Program is a logical addition to our quality undergraduate programs, offering new opportunities to both students and employers. We believe that by encouraging our students to engage with the local business community they will gain practical knowledge and skills that will stand them in good stead for their working life and the constant change and increasingly globalised economy of the 21st century. Whilst the School of Business and Economics already has well developed relationships with the local business community, we are keen to extend our connections to the benefit of the whole Gippsland region.
