Eligibility
Students are eligible to apply for a course transfer if prerequisite requirements have been met. See VCE or equivalent prerequisites on the Course Finder website: http://www.monash.edu.au/study/coursefinder/
Course transfer is competitive and approval is subject to the availability of places in each program. There are no guaranteed transfers.
Approval for change of campus is dependent on campus capacity.
The application process
Semester 1 Intake:
Applications open in mid-September.
Please note that applications for transfer into courses commencing in Semester 1 are for Commonwealth Supported and International places.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application in January/February.
Students must re-enrol into their current course as notification of the outcome of application will not be available until after the closing date for re-enrolment.
Semester 2 Intake: (International applicants only - limited places available)
Applications open in mid-April.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application as soon as possible after the results release date.
What to submit and where
Students are required to submit an Application for course transfer. Applications must be lodged at the campus/faculty Student Services Office where the course you are applying for is offered.

Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Accepting and Rejecting your course transfer offer
Students may accept or decline a transfer offer by formally advising the Student Services Office via email of their decision.
