Articulation of Monash College Students into Courses in the Faculty of Business and Economics Policy
This procedure applies to domestic Monash College students. International Monash College student applications are assessed and processed by International Admissions.
Information for Students
- Download an ‘Undergraduate Study for Monash Pathways Application’ form.
- Attach a certified copy or your original secondary study transcripts of results (ENTER, VCE or equivalent Year 12).
- You do not need to attach your Monash College academic transcript – the Faculty Student Services staff will print and attach your academic record to your application.
- Submit your completed application to the Monash College address on the form.
- Your application will be forwarded to the Faculty Student Services selection officer who will assess your application for eligibility and credit.
- If you are an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa your application will also be assessed to determine whether you are eligible to receive a Commonwealth Sponsored Place (CSP).
Note: CSP places are not available mid-year.
- Receive notification in writing/email of the outcome of your application.
- If successful your notification will include details of any credit offered and whether the offer is for a fee-paying or Commonwealth Sponsored Place (CSP).
- Notify the faculty in writing/email of your acceptance/or not of both the course and credit offered by the due date specified in the letter.
- You will receive instructions to complete the following:
- an enrolment form for the new award course
- an enrolment questionnaire
- a ‘Request for FEE-HELP assistance’ form (domestic full-fee paying place) if applicable.
