Our academic development program is designed to assist you with the process of managing life, learning and work by providing you with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours required to develop and manage your studies and career path more effectively.
The ADEPT program is exclusively for our current Business and Economics postgraduate students and designed to further develop and enhance your academic skills. This free program provides you with more opportunities to increase your study abilities and contribute to your study outcomes. ADEPT will help you develop better study habits, deepen your academic analysis skills, and refine and revise your communication skills.
Sometimes embedded into your unit of study, or taken as stand alone workshops through the Library, ADEPT is delivered by highly qualified and experienced staff and encompasses: academic skills needed in all units, support with assignments, and exam skills. You can register for the academic skills workshops through the Library class booking system in your my.monash portal.
Designed by the Library for Business and Economics postgraduate course work students, the MARS Moodle site aims to improve your academic performance. 'MARS' contains research and learning skills online lessons and further resources to help you develop some of the key academic and research skills you require to succeed in your postgraduate study.
