1. HOW TO ENROL
All current Monash students, including non Faculty of Business and Economics students, wishing to enrol in Faculty of Business and Economics summer units must complete an Enrolment Amendment Form and submit it to their managing Faculty on their home campus. Students will be advised via their Monash student email whether their summer enrolment has been approved or rejected.
Please note:
Students cannot enrol for summer semester units via WES. Students will be able to view their summer enrolment details once the managing faculty has processed the enrolment.
2. FEES

http://www.monash.edu.au/enrolments/summer-winter/fees.html
3. PRE-REQUISITES
It is the student's responsibility to confirm with their managing faculty that any summer semester units completed will count towards their current degree and that all pre-requisite requirements have been met.
The results for the units attempted in Semester 2, 2011 will be released on 5 December 2011. If you receive a fail grade, you should immediately check your enrolment details, as you may be automatically discontinued from your summer unit.
4. COURSE ADVICE
Course advice is available from the Faculty Student Services office on your home campus. Please consult your home campus for the process of obtaining course advice to determine suitability of summer semester enrolment.
5. DISCONTINUATION DATES FOR SUMMER SEMESTER
Students must complete an enrolment amendment form and return it to their managing faculty to discontinue from a summer semester unit.
Students should note that the dates to discontinue from summer semester units are listed in the summer semester unit offerings table and that the discontinuation dates vary depending on the summer semester offering period and the actual unit teaching start and end dates. If you do not discontinue prior to these dates you will incur the financial and/or academic penalty for the unit, as indicated in the offering table. It is the student's responsibility to discontinue by the applicable date.
6. ALLOCATE+
After receiving confirmation of enrolment into a summer semester unit students need to access Allocate+ to check whether their timetable has been auto allocated or whether they are required to allocate manually.
7. UNIT CANCELLATION
Every effort will be made to ensure that units on offer will run. However, a unit may be cancelled up to one week prior to its commencement if there are insufficient enrolments. If the unit is cancelled all students enrolled will be advised in writing prior to the commencement of the unit.
