The Tourism Research Unit (TRU) at Monash University brings together a highly competent and experienced team of researchers who work on a diversity of projects that contribute to the knowledge base of tourism and meet the research needs of our industry partners and stakeholders. Established in 2002 to act as a focal point for research collaboration between the university and the tourism industry, TRU has grown in size to over 30 academics, postdoctoral fellows and postgraduate researchers, covering three faculties, six departments and four Monash campuses.
